Fresh Orange Cheddar Cheese (Raw Milk)
Made from raw milk sourced from pasture-raised cows, this raw cheddar cheese is rich, creamy, and full of natural flavor. Since this cheese has not aged for 60 days, it is a fresh cheese with a milder cheddar flavor, and a herd share form is required. Ingredients: milk, salt, annatto (a natural coloring),cultures, animal rennet.
Cheese is sold in 1 lb increments.
Due to the nature of hand-cut cheeses, individual pieces may vary slightly in weight. Orders will be matched as closely as possible to the selected amount. Color may vary.
