Made from raw milk sourced from pasture-raised cows, this raw cheddar cheese is rich, creamy, and full of natural flavor. Ingredients include: milk, salt, annatto (a natural coloring),cultures, animal rennet.
Cheese is sold in 1 lb increments.
Due to the nature of hand-cut cheeses, individual pieces may vary slightly in weight. Orders will be matched as closely as possible to the selected amount. Color may vary.
